Project Management Courses
Professional Development University (PDU) is a series of interactive Project Management courses designed to equip the local project management community with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to succeed in Project Management.
Project managers are increasingly leaned upon to manage all aspects of their projects, from scope and communication, to finance and quality. All PDU participants receive a thorough understanding of Project, Program, and Portfolio Management. PDU courses are interactive workshops where a “marketplace of ideas” is encouraged. They make extensive use of “hands on” group exercises and case studies. Participants are encouraged to bring project management questions, issues, and testimonials to the workshop in order to discover solutions.
Workshop case studies are designed from “real world” projects. Teams must work together to determine resolutions to project management dilemmas experienced in the case studies. Hands on exercises help participants learn (and know) all project management formulas, calculations, and tools.
All PDU courses are primarily based on standards released by the Project Management Institute (PMI) including; PMBOK, Standard for Program Management, Standard for Portfolio Management, Practice Standard for Earned Value Management, OPM3 Knowledge Foundation, etc. PDU provides the following:
1. Workshops designed to enhance the skill-sets of Project, Program, and Portfolio

3. Training courses for current Project Management Professionals
